At amble & strut, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
